Workshop: Poetry in Motion
A creative workshop on poetic technique and how it can be used in dramatic narratives. Also exploring how poetic text and movement can be used together to create something visually and conceptually beautiful.
This workshop is suitable for artists at a range of stages - from emergent through to those looking for new inspiration in their practice.
Chanje Kunda is a solo artist working nationally and internationally as both a poet and performance artist. Her last full length show, Amsterdam, fused spoken word with live art and was nominated for Best Studio Production by Manchester Theatre Awards and toured nationally and internationally Her current show Superposition was developed through Divergency and supported by hÅb, Contact, STUN and Developed with The Lowry.
